Amidst the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, Evolent moved quickly to produce a COVID-19-specific risk stratification approach to identify and engage individuals at highest risk of contracting the virus and having the most severe complications from it. In this overview we share details of our approach in hopes that other organizations may benefit from it as they work to slow the spread of the virus in the communities they serve.
