To Get Stuff Done the Evolent way, we approach everything we do with a focus on: A One-Team Mentality Evolent served as extension of the partner team for aligned success. Our shared goals and interconnected processes helped ensure we worked toward the same goals quickly, efficiently and with the highest quality. Quality First Evolent performed substantial QA testing to ensure our technology and operations would work as expected during the readiness review. This involved extensive scenario development to validate a wide variety of partner-specific use cases and user stories. Client-Centered Through Evolent's Client-Centered Operating Model, which embeds dedicated operational and clinical leads with deep expertise in our partner plans, we worked side by side with the Medicaid plan and shouldered accountability for the results of the readiness assessment. Transparency and Interoperability of Data and Reporting Evolent delivered over 500,000 documents within a three-day window to ensure the state had the information it needed, and we provided a daily operational reporting package with SLA performance to ensure transparency into operations. THE OUTCOME Evolent's "all-in" mindset, combined with our solid operational execution, provided our Medicaid plan partner with the nimbleness, subject matter expertise, quality, and technology and data excellence required to excel under intense pressure.
